GROWTH STRATEGIST-IN-RESIDENCE

An embedded, part-time growth function for founders and leadership teams

Growth Strategist-in-Residence

You've built something that’s growing. Now you need someone who can move it forward, without piling more onto your team.

That's what Growth Strategist-in-Residence is for.

Best fit: founders and leadership teams of 10 to 100 people. Big enough for real complexity, small enough that dedicated growth or ops support is needed on the team.

THE PROBLEM

Why this, why now

You've got no shortage of ideas. What's missing is someone whose job it is to turn them into a plan, and see it through.

A senior growth hire is expensive and hard to get right this early. A junior hire needs managing, not empowering. A consultant hands you a deck, then leaves.

Often, the thinking and the doing both land back on you, on top of running the business.

We sit in that gap: strategic enough to trust with the thinking, embedded enough to actually move the work.

HOW IT WORKS

First, strategic growth mapping.
Next, a plan made entirely for you.

01

The Growth Map

A four-week discovery sprint. We get specific about what's actually driving growth, and what isn't: the customer or member journey, decision-making rhythms, where effort is going versus where it should go.

You leave with: a clear 90-day roadmap, built around your business.

A few long-standing partners skip straight to Stage 2, because we already know their business.

02

Growth Strategist in Residence

We build and deliver the bespoke project the Growth Map points to. Depending on what's needed, that might be:

Growth & positioning: sharpen the story and where growth will come from

Customer or member journey: fix the trust and conversion leaks

Leadership & culture: braver conversations, clearer ownership, decisions that stick

Chief of Staff support: structure, unblocked decisions, protected time

Most partnerships combine two or three of these.

What Growing Leaders Are Saying

“Best leadership journey ever. Thank you for the time, care, and guidance you brought to our experience. You led us with heart, smarts, intuition, and wisdom, and you were always willing to pivot to meet what the group needed.”

“You helped us step outside our comfort zones, learn to pause, and engage with more curiosity and openness. We learned to express ourselves more clearly and listen to each other more deeply.”

“These frameworks are not just helpful to understand, it is practical. People are actively using it, and the Drama Triangle keeps coming up in real conversations, which tells me the work is sticking.”

Expect honest conversations, some laughter, and the kind of clarity that makes Monday easier.

ABOUT ANIQUE & LEAH

Your Guides

We help senior teams build the kind of leadership culture that holds as the business scales. We work with the system, not just the symptoms.

We build capability that spreads through the team rather than dependency on one person. And we design for what sticks, not what impresses in the room.

Anique is a growth strategist and facilitator with 15 years working with leadership teams across Samsung, Pinterest, Cartier, WeWork, and UNESCO. She helps senior leaders name the patterns creating friction, and build the clarity and shared ownership that lets organisations actually move. In the room, she brings a rare combination of insight and directness: she sees what is driving the dynamic, names it, and gives leaders somewhere useful to go with it.

Leah is a change management strategist and fractional COO with 20 years in agency operations. Where most people see operational complexity, Leah sees a clarity problem waiting to be solved. She builds the structures, rhythms, and decision-making practices that let teams carry the work with genuine confidence. The same quality she brings to organisations, she brings into the room: structure that sticks, and space for the harder conversations.
